Description

Vinification

Destemming and fermentation on the skins for 8-10 days, with continuous pumping over at a controlled temperature of 18°C, followed by pressing and ageing in stainless steel tanks.

Pairs well with a variety of first courses and light second courses.

Description

An intense and brilliant straw yellow colour, a fragrant nose, with notes of passion fruit and grapefruit, a velvety, elegant 15 and well-structured body with notes of ripe fruit, a mineral finish and a pleasant sapidity.

Vinification

Soft pressing of the grapes, cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by ageing in steel barrels.

Pairings

Recommended as an aperitif and with starters in general and fish dishes. It also pairs well with white meats and fresh cheeses.

On May 7, 983 AD, Emperor Otto II granted the inhabitants of Lazise the privilege of collecting transit and fishing rights (ripaticum), consolidating their alliance. This act sanctioned the administrative autonomy of Lazise, which became the first free municipality in Italy.

Produzione

Hilly vineyards located between the municipality of Lazise and Verona.

Description

The wine has a brilliant ruby red colour and aromas of cherry, ripe fruit and spices. On the palate, it is rich and enveloping, with pleasant hints of berries, cocoa and vanilla.

Vinification

The winemaking process begins with a light drying of the grapes, which are then pressed and fermented first on their skins and then on the marc of our Hángelos. This fermentation process takes place in temperature-controlled steel vats with continuous pumping over. The wine then ages for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Pairings

This wine pairs well with first courses with sauces and red meat main courses in general. It is also recommended with spicy flavours typical of South American and Asian cuisine.

Description

A meditation wine made only in the best vintages from lightly raisined grapes, aged in small barrels. Intense ruby red colour, with good structure. Pervasive aroma with vanilla notes. Full-flavoured with morello cherry, tanned leather and dark chocolate notes.

Vinification

The grapes are slightly dried, crushed and fermented on the skins in steel containers for about 20 days, with continuous pumping over. Once fermentation is complete, they are pressed and matured in small barrels for 18 months.

Pairings

Red meats, game, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.

Description

Brilliant rosé colour, with a fine and elegant effervescence. Pleasant and persistent nose of cherries, raspberries and 19 tropical fruits. The wine is harmonious and enveloping on the palate, with a soft finish and fine length.

Vinification

Soft pressing of the grapes, cryomaceration and fermentation in contact with indigenous yeasts in an autoclave using the Charmat method for 60 days at controlled temperature.

Pairings

This is a truly versatile sparkling wine. Whether it is to be enjoyed at the commencement of a meal or as a celebratory toast at its conclusion, this wine is the perfect accompaniment. Its versatility extends to pairing with fish and shellfish dishes, as well as dry cakes.
